My practical experience includes serving as the Director of Operations for a pioneering first online travel agency in Hong Kong's in 2000. I've held IT management roles in international and local hotel chains, overseeing from system migration and hotel openings to strategic planning and daily operations in Hong Kong and China. This background allows me to provide results-oriented consultancy to government and industry partners.
